Singapore Airlines A380 Operation Changes April / May 2013

Singapore Airlines is expanding Airbus A380 service on Singapore – Tokyo Narita route during the month of April and May 2013, as per 07MAR13 GDS timetable and inventory display. Previously, A380 service operates SQ638/637 on 2 round-trip flights in May 2013, however this is being expanded to 03APR13 – 06MAY13 (NRT departure 04APR13 – 07MAY13, except 13APR13 from SIN and 14APR13 from NRT). During this period, 2 daily Tokyo Narita service operated by A380 aircraft.

Singapore – London Heathrow

03APR13 – 29APR13 A380 service reduced from 3 to 2 daily (SQ318/321 operated by Boeing 777-300ER instead of A380, except 09APR13 – 17APR13. Overall LHR service remains at 28 weekly)
02MAY13 – 05JUN13 A380 service reduced from 21 to 19 weekly (SQ308/319 on Day x23 cancelled, Service operates Day x234 from 10MAY13 to 20MAY13. Overall LHR service will be reduced from 28 to 25-26 weekly)

Singapore – Melbourne
SQ217/218 operated by 777-300/-300ER instead of A380 on following period: 09APR13 – 12APR13, 14APR13 – 17APR13, 01MAY13 – 04MAY13 (MEL departs on the following day. Overall A380 service reduced from 2 to 1 daily)
SQ227/228 operated by 777-300ER instead of A380 on: 02MAY13 (03MAY13 from MEL)

Singapore – Sydney
SQ221/232 Boeing 777-300ER replaces A380 on: 09APR13, 29APR13, 30APR13, 06MAY13, 08MAY13, 09MAY13, 16MAY13, 28MAY13 (SYD departs on the following day)

Last-minute aircraft changes remain possible.
