Asiana Airlines Revises A380 Operations in July/August 2014

Asiana Airlines OZ is delaying planned introduction of Airbus A380 service to Osaka, Bangkok and Los Angeles, as a result of apparent delay of aircraft delivery. Revised A380 operations as follow.

eff 30JUL14 Seoul Incheon – Bangkok OZ741/742 5 weekly, until 13AUG14 (14AUG14 from BKK)
eff 01AUG14 Seoul Incheon – Osaka Kansai OZ112/111 daily, until 14AUG14
eff 26AUG14 Seoul Incheon – Los Angeles OZ202/201 daily

A380 previously scheduled to operate service to Bangkok and Osaka Kansai from 25JUL14 and 24JUL14 respectively, until mid-August 2014; Los Angeles previously scheduled from 15AUG14.

Existing A380 operation will also see selected changes:

Seoul Incheon – Hong Kong OZ745/746
* 6 weekly service (Day x4 from ICN, Day x5 from HKG) operates until 31JUL14 instead of 23JUL14
* Daily A380 service operates from 01AUG14 to 24AUG14 (Previously scheduled 24JUL14 – 14AUG14)
* 5 weekly A380 service operates Day x56 from ICN, Day x67 from 25AUG14

Seoul Incheon – Tokyo Narita OZ102/101 daily service until 14AUG14 remains unchanged

As a result of the delayed A380 service to Los Angeles, following aircraft changes will also be delayed to 26AUG14 as well:
