Tightrope

This period of time is usually therapeutic. I am actually very proud and happy that after 3 whole years, the record is out. There are some of the track I have heard, but there are some that I haven't listened to it. The final product, was just like another healing path for me.

Life has always been kind to me. Yes it wasn't easy, but it wasn't cruel either. Time to time, you adapt towards every step you take. We evolve. Dreams and hopes comes true. Some were dashed, but that is the beauty of life.

For a certain time in our lives, we all been through that dark times. Things doesn't goes your way. You feel lonely, you feel you have no one there to hold on to. I wouldn't say it was an easy thing to overcome. Cause the fact that it is not.

I know at times, I would distant myself from everything when things are going south. When I tried to talk to a friend, it naturally just create a wall for you and you would just shut down. There are so much frustration. But maybe we might die trying, but I've learned.

We usually will see the dark side of the world, we feel like we are on a tightrope. You turn, but I stay straight. We are so messed up and tangled. But the only thing we wanted is to just be in your good graces. There are people around me that are fighting for their lives, there are some that are fighting for their love to go on, and there are too those who just wanted things to be what they wanted and just giving in to everything there is just to feel.

I am not judging, I am not assuming. To me, there are people who will stay in your life, and there will be some that comes and goes. With what life has given me, I strive for simplicity. I would be there to hear a dear friend vent. I would be there for my love ones regardless. But I will not just stand there waiting for things to happen. Life will keep going and with the condition I am living with, I wouldn't wanna waste a single second of it just to wait.

A very close person in my life will go through surgery next week. Things would be easy if the circumstances were just that, but no... Like I mentioned, life always throw you a curve ball.

Life is short? You only live once? Those phrases doesn't work on me. Living with terminal cancer, it is a whole crazy experience. You wouldn't do things that would just doesn't make sense to you. And I wouldn't say life suck. I found someone I really love, I have a group of people that understand what life is about, and I have a team of wonderful and magical individuals with supreme gifts. I am learning to love again, I am learning to live again, and I am learning to write music again.

I was asked how music is for me, but there is no words at all I could put down to describe. Writing to me is an outlet. Producing and arranging is revisiting all those times we have in our life. And listening to it now is just therapeutic in many levels. And the rest is just a part of life you once remembered.

No one could take that away from me. That is something that is apart of me, and it is just how I walked on the tightrope. You may die trying, but you will know that you have your reasons. There will come a point, you will stop asking why the world or why the people around you are in a way that you thought they were. But in fact, they are always just there waiting for you to pull it through. No one will be able to fully understand that physical and emotion torture you are in, but we are just always there regardless.

The world isn't that cruel. It is just sometimes, our mind is playing around. I love how my life turns out to be. Yes, it isn't perfect, but it is a bloody damn good one to grow and understand how things could be. So far, I manage to walk through that rope on the other side.

Venti . Grande . Tall

Well, just something I wanna share about. Me and Leo decided to start something crazy out of the blue. For some reasons, we kinda find it fun to just wanna write about our experience on the little small things we do. Travelling, food, architecture, arts, shopping and music.

So we started this new blog called Venti . Grande . Tall sharing all the little things we both find worth sharing. Maybe some are not.. but well, I suppose people would already know that about me and Leo. LOL. This is our heaven and it's all about the cities and destinations that make travelling worthwhile.

We enjoy nothing more than the thrill of the open road and the joy of discovering new places, delicious foods and wonderful cultures, while meeting amazing people. Just to put them all down in words and serves us as a beautiful little journal we both would cherish from now till the time to come.

When two 3.8. get together, this is what you get :)
So for what we are going to do, we wanna share this little journal of ours with the world. We will be starting off with out little "Tai-Tai" splurging trip in Kuala Lumpur. So much more is in planning and here is some of the places we plan to go before year end.

  • Langkawi, Malaysia
  • Bali, Indonesia
  • Melbourne, Australia

Well, I guess for people who knows us, we are quirky, mental, and nothing happens within expectation. It is just every single detail we decide and do, it is always BOOMZ!

So, do have a look on what we are coming up with and follow us. Would love to hear from all of you and maybe give us some suggestions too on where and where should we go and explore. This world is just too big for just the both of us.

Everything Falls

We delight in the promise of falling for love.
We crumble in the dread of falling from love.
Everyone falls. Everything falls.

The morning is where he lingers, it's before the world wants anything from him. And that is when he's most beautiful. It's true not many saw him like that, but I can't say I was the only one. Even though we each have our own beginnings, morning like this, is shared between us all.

He use to tell people, it was like the world was drawn with a dull piece of charcoal. That was before me. Now that he sees things my way, everything now make a little more sense. This is me. If I am meant for anything, is to show him the world. Is that so bad? A quiet morning, like the many before it, calm, comfortable. But comfort can be terribly blinding. The difference between this particular morning, is in a call. He smiles... For who? I can't see anymore.

He tells me he wanna be a raindrop. He doesn't mind falling, as long as he's not alone. And raindrops, are never alone. He always has a new story to tell me. Today, it's about being a raindrop. I wish I could have been there, because stories aren't ever enough, and words, can only go so far. This is me. Sometimes I wonder if he is still talking to me, or I'm just.. eavesdropping. It use to be everyday, sometimes for hours, sometimes for minutes. Healthy relationships are base on communications. Better words, however sweet, in real, sounds so distant. Now, they flow pass me effortlessly. As if... they were meant for someone else.

He must know what he does to me. His every touch, every time he holds my hand, every time he holds me close. This is me. If you hold my hand, I'll be yours forever. A simple promise I can offer. Is it enough? It may be too late for me... It may be too late. Anyone can look from a distance, a stranger can look from a distance. What's so special about that? But, to know his scent, means something else. It means, we've been close. Closer than anyone else. I dare say I'm lucky. But when he doesn't want me, when he's away, it's just... his scent.. with me.. I can only feel... Forgotten. This is me. Left behind. Am I the stranger now?

There are those nights, when it's just the two of us, when he softly hides in his own thoughts. There is only one thing that could melt the cold silence... A kiss. This is me. Ask me what's a perfect day taste like? I'll say, our lips. He was my first kiss. That has to mean something. Something sure and true. Because a taste of a pure kiss can't be shared. It's the dreadfully romantic idea, that can be... only one. The question is, am I the only one? I'm afraid that the truth will break me, but his case, was convincing. I'm not his only one.

He said he wanna be a raindrop, and today, it finally broke us. He had found his own to fall with, his own to fall for. Today, he was a raindrop.

Can the things we love, love us back just the same? Five objects express their feelings toward their owner when he begins to neglect them for someone else. "Everything Falls" is a take on the ideal boy-meets-girl love story. Although the short is told from a unique and unconventional perspective, the emotions described should be familiar to anyone that's fallen in or out of a relationship. Well, this is the result of me being too bored. Well, if anyone could have guess what is these five objects, well... Maybe I should throw a gift to it or something. Well, let's see...
